The UK Singles charts are NOT fixed. Nope , not at all.
UK SINGLES CHART
1. R Kelly - Ignition
2. Big Brovaz - My Favourite Things
3. Cheeky Girls - Take Your Shoes Off
4. Tomcraft - Loneliness
5. Craig David with Sting - Rise and Fall

I don't think R-Kelly can really be called a paedophile.
However, he does deserve to be murdered brutally for being a ****.

Even for a trance track, Tomcraft's song is awful.
R Kelly is incapable of making a good track, perhaps its the rubbish semi rappy hip hoppy RnB **** he sings, as that never ever sounds good (Take note kelly rowland and co.)
Craig David remains an idiot. Poor poor sting
The cheeky girls are comically terrible, but theres no point taking the piss, as they do that well enough themselves.
The big brovaz track is really the ****ing lowest of low though.

They're not fixed.
The charts = musical taste of the general UK under-12 population.

Pop groups have an intrinsic chart advantage over most so-called 'good' bands, in that the majority of their fans arent jobless stoners and can hence afford to actually buy CDs.

Or more likely, only pop-fans are stupid enough to actually BUY music.

It's a good track as long as you don't go round expecting it to fit into a genre because 'the words sound the same'. Nice retro elements in there that haven't been heard in a while in the mainstream, it's a nice change.

When I first heard it, I thought it was something from the early 90's that had been re-released. Then I heard it again and realised my mistake, the retro elements threw me on first hearing it. It's still good though.

Meaning to buy the single actually, given I can't 'acquire' it at Uni. T'is indeed a very 80's/90's bassline, almost a hardcore bassline tbh.
And I did love my hardcore.

Hey, I was only about 12 when 'all that jazz' was going 'down'.
A site that is 'addicted' to 'trance' has the Klub mix of Loneliness if you're interested.
Editted to avoid copyright infrigement gayness. Just in case there's any nazi mod on duty.

Except they play the same 5 songs over and over again.
With the exception of Pete and Geoff they also have the worst DJ's ever.
Gone downhill doesn't even start to explain it.

Surely Busted dont count as a guitar-based band. I mean does holding a guitar really allow you to class yourself as a guitar group, if some of you believe this perhaps the likes of Westlife, blue ect should start holding guitars and jumping up and down like twats then they may be more acceptable

Seems a bit bland to be honest, very Fischerspooner-esque but not pulling it off.
Though on the website you get the video \o/
Edit: Actually I take that back, I'm getting into it the more I listen

I happen to like that R Kelly song.
Some of the lyrics are quite amusing when taken in context with him being a nonce and all.
Tomcraft is ace.
Been around for nigh on a year and a half now though.

I am of the school that people under 18 should be banned from buying singles.
And i wonder what the chart would be like if it was based on 'downloads'

you can get the stats for downloads from www.cddb.com, at least you always used to be able to, fj knows if you can now that they have changed their site around though
edit: the new colour scheme is crap and hard to see properly as well fs :/
edit 2: http://www.gracenote.com/music/topten.html, but sorry, it inst the most downloaded as ifirst though, its the most played through music players that connect to cddb for their file info :/

1. Why is that? Really, I'm under 18, and i don't buy or download any of that crap. But many, many people over 18 buy that kind of "music", just so you know.
2. Probably much the same.

Popmusic makes me sad.
Sad that I have too much self-respect to produce a horrid single and sell it for millions :-(
