Other forums
On this forum I am probably the least controversial poster, yet on every other forum i've posted on, I've gotten into arguments with practically every single member. for example, smgboard.com - i have made 100posts and argued with 9/10 of their 'celebrities', 3 out of 5 of their admins and received 2 warnings.

What is up with this whole liberal passiveness crap on the internet? it seems if you actually discuss anything (read: disagree with someone) on other forums then you're some super bad-guy. I thought forums were for discussions, not an extension of aol chat.

Am I alone in thinking this?

Most internet forums have fallen victim to the entire AOL 'oh my god somebody can spell they must be super-intelligent lol' phenomenon. Whatever happens to be the current mode of thought will be justified with bare passing reference to reason. The internet's gotten pretty poor in some ways.
