Round 37 predictions thread
VenoX threatened to kill my puppy if I didn't post this, he is a terrible person and needs to be locked away in a dark dark place! (preferably wearing his fairy costume in a room filled with sex offenders)
Anyway here's my prediction, don't even know what allies are playing but...
1) Asc
2) Apprime
3) Some new ally that's just vsn under a new flag & without Androx
4) ND
5) P3nguins
6) CT
7) ODDR
7) DLR
8) Emolution
10) Howling Rain

Re: Round 37 predictions thread
#1 Apprime
#2 Vsn ally
#3 Ascendancy
#4 Evolution
I predict that evolution and dlr and the vsn ally will end up aligned together by virtue of everyone hating on cardinal. Ascendancy will then feel threatened and step in to help out apprime and apprime will end up winning because they're a better alliance than all of the others.
If we could please avoid this scenario I'd be really grateful guys

Evolution bares no immediate ill will to cardi or apprime or any other alliance for that matter. Fresh round, fresh slate etc. Obviously things can change quickly depending on circumstances I'd be pretty happy if that scenario could be avoided too!
#1-3 Apprime, Ascendancy, Osiris (vsn ally!)
#4 ND
#5-10 Evolution, DLR, P3ng, Conspiracy, subh, ODDR
something like that.

It's the name of the Egyptian god of the underworld.

Re: Round 37 predictions thread
Fencing between key Apprime and Elusive planets leads to large sources of these alliances' score being invulnerable to most attacks, leading to an Elusive win as people probably hate Cardinal more.
What JBG said but different justification.

Was refering to the "forcing asc to ally apprime" scenario JBG posted earlier, which I "thought" you agreed with him on. If you didnt, consider this an excuse!
I have NO idea who will win btw. I will spend my entire round to covop asc planets <3
edit:
*asc planets = the ascs I dont like + other idiots I dont like! *

This is a predictions thread. For you know, predicting what you think is most likely to happen. Personally I'd prefer a round of fluid politics with no permanent NAPs or allies culminating in a final day victory for whatever alliance had done something innovative during the round. Give me that and I'll be more than happy. People like their fenced galaxies and their secure flanks though so it's just rather unlikely sadly.

Fortress gals are the new fence gals! Cardi told me last round! Looks like it will be a crapload of normal fence gals this round though, wars will be horrible to fight.

Re: Round 37 predictions thread
Neither Ascendancy or Apprime are strong enough(self induced lack of numbers) to fight(survive) alone versus the whole universe anymore. If they(Asc or App) were strong enough, they'd fortress and smash all the fence gals, instead they're resorting to fencing too.
Makes for shit politics and shit wars! But it's better than another steam-rollered round, I guess.

Yes, I will give my updates as a covop player next round! I ve always hated it, and thought it shouldnt be a part of PA, but lets see!
I ve come to the conclusion that there has to be more to do inbetween ticks in PA ( like this other game I m testing atm ) covoping might be something to do inbetween ticks, but other things have to be added also!

Re: Round 37 predictions thread
I will buy my security guards early next round
And yeah PA does need more stuff to do between ticks. Lots of people have suggested various things over the rounds but nothing ever gets coded unfortunately.

Re: Round 37 predictions thread
Some sort of Game that played where your galbanner goes and the more u play it for your gal it can increase the gals score. Like galaxy xp
Oh predictions um as someone else noted earlier theres not enought strength in one ally any more to dominate so fencing will probably win this round. I am expecting a long and depressing amount of incs in our Osiris heavy gals but what the hell should be a laugh trying a zik fi/co planet should be ships to steal according to preround race selections
