New bcalc code released

for those who are running mirrors, or want to run a mirror, v5.2 is out

Fixes several issues from v5.1

* Ships stolen are now taken into account when adjusting planet score

* Can only have 10 fleets on each side - This restriction was imposed to attempt to help prevent calculation DoSing

* Can reset attackers, defenders, or both

* shm_attach etc errors should no longer occur (I included a nasty hack - safemode_fudge.php)

* Probably some others that I've forgotten right at this moment

It could come back at any time, but then again, it might be down permanently... I just dont know...

Although, now that the PA toolkit has got a host, perhaps it can re-appear there (the toolkit was one of the first places I tried to get a mirror installed)

I'll be talking to woody in the next few days to discuss it

Looks like I forgot to update the version number that the calc displays - fixed that now

Also removed the call to set_time_limit() - I guess its a little redundant now

I suggest anyone who has already installed r8_v5.2 should download it again and re-install it

I'll be setting up a mirror list tonight and so the version number will be quite useful then

Minor problem - where its hosted doesnt have zip, so I could only provide the fixed version as a .tgz, will fix tonight
