Increase cap in war to 50% cap. Decrease cap attacking and being attacked from out of war planets to 10%. Reduce cap due to gang bang in war. Make xp vary from negative infinite to positive infinite and use this to punish alliances who agree on fake wars.
I like the ideas about nerfing regular attacks and promoting alliances going to war. However im having a hard time thinking of ways of implementing it without the system being used/abused...
Possible issues:
-smaller/fake/buddy alliances declare war on an alliance to reduce the real alliances at wars cap because it is being ganged up on.
-the opposite spectrum, no prevention of the gang attack
-roid swapping for mutual xp gain between alliances
I thought of things like removing XP and pilots desertion to punish a bad behavior in war. But as it is now, there is no way of controlling an ally from harming itself just to help other.
