those are the symptoms and come Friday morning you'll begin to realise the cause as you wake up in your bed and you go to wipe away the snotter that you can feel hanging from your nose only when you go to wipe it away with the back of your hand and it moves of it's own accord and you rush to the bathroom to stare into the mirror and you start to freak out as the worm like thing hanging off your face starts to move and it's going for your throat and it's almost like it's trying to strangle you and you're fighting it off whilst trying to make it to the hospital and after the stares and gasps and shocked exclamations you are seen by a Doctor and after her barely contained cuss you're scanned and they see that the worm like thing has spread throughout your body and it's in your head and it's wrapped round your lungs and heart and it's been slowly squeezing the life out of you and it's inoperable and you're going to die and it's amazing that you've not already dropped dead (and you decide to write a will and you leave all your money to Rankin)

OK , good stuff.
First thing , Dace , that is entirely the most far out thing youve written in some time. Its unlikely to happen, however im now mentally scarred for life for even considering the possibility.
Second , I had a list of really obvious candidates for this which have and have not been listed. Those listed in bold type you guys missed, and i can no longer say to the doc with a straight face "A friend suggested I might have this".
- Face Aids / Arse Aids / Bad Aids / Good Aids
- Cancer of the Face/Head/Arse/Testicles
- Teh Gay
- Excessive Scottishness
- Shit Moderator Syndrome
However there were some truly exceptional ones, and im going to go in and try and convince the doc I do in fact have Pulmonary Tuberculosis , Glandular Fever, or perhaps Leprosy.
Thank you all for your kind assistance in this matter.
