Deadlines
This is just a matter of interest. It not supposed to be any kind of insult, but: Has PA ever been on time? I play PA since midround 4 and I cant remember it ever been on time.
Someone please inlighten me!

I think round 7 was? There was certainly 1 round that was either on time, or delayed because the community wanted it delaying, which is the same as PA being on time, and the community being late

Round 9 will be starting by the end of Summer 2003. We're setting a confirmed launch-by-this-date day of September 10th.
If we work very hard, we may be able to bring this date forward and you will see round 9 beginning earlier than expected. Please wait for futher update announcements.

none of the major deadlines have been met since round 1.. sign ups and tick start that is..
they have always changed it atleast once..
