I guess there have been a few threads just the same as this, but I am looking for the best, cheapest PHP hoster.

I am looking to upload a PHP nuke (or 3 :P) on the server - I'm too lazy to write anything myself :P

Anyone know the best, cheapest place?

ive had an account with them for ~ 5 months now, theyre pretty cool. Not had any downtime that im aware of, other than the odd reboot for patches to the server etc which takes ~5 mins anyway.

I like them having an irc presence too

yeah... impulsed are quite neat, and cheap. Though they are my first webhost (apart from the usual geocities that is).
