Ðragons & r10
After 4,5 rounds of 0wning battlefields of Planetarion we've decided it's finally time to go look for our own paths, no less thanks for PA crew and the new in-game-alliance-system for r10 
Since I hate posting to AD this much, and since I'm only HC around atm 2 do this, I'll try to make this short.
So after walking in shadows of Wolfpack as well as other alliances for the past rounds, I'll be happy to announce Ðragons will no longer be just a battlegroup among others, as our members will be disbanding from all previous alliances, the members that choose to follow us will leave their alliance and gather under the flag off the Ðragon.
We wish the best of lucks for every1, and let us make it a good fight over r10. Cya all in Battlegrounds.

Laptops don't have numpads (which is what you have to use to generate a character code on windows using the alt+chrnum scheme) - some laptops seem to have a button so that you can switch the right hand side of the keyboard to act like a numpad temporarily, but that's something you'll have to figure out on your own
The alternative is easier; start -> run -> charmap - > click the Ð icon -> click copy -> use ctrl+v to immitate a Ðragons member and gain access to all their private channels/website facilities.

I'm a little surprised this announcement has been made with the limited knowledge most people have of round 10.
For all you know it could be total crap, and most of you might not want to play.
Unless ofc you've got a few people in beta who are so totally impressed with round 10 that you're already scheming a way to win.

Has any1 ever wondered what reasons there might have been in the background for Ðragons to remain just as a battlegroup for all this time (besides "def-leaching")?
This change would have had taken place a lot earlier if we had the time to set things in motion before r10 and if we had the resources to do that. It's so much easier to run a battlegroup than an alliance when u have sum1 else to worry about politics, technical details etc, basicly all the stuff that comes along with it.
Actually our members were encouraged not to join any alliances after r9, but since we weren't a real alliance it wasn't summit that could have been demanded at the time.
Ðragons have always been as much as a community as a BG, just a group of ppl who like to have fun and play together. Now we're merely taking one step further... just to prove ya all wrong

But I can never blame dragons for thier exploitations, the blame lies in the allainces that allowed thier members to fight for dragons whilst still defending them. And as far as I'm concerned, Dragons were an alliances last round. They attacked together, defended each other, and made political moves. If it looks like a duck....

apart from Dragons I've been Elysium and FAnG(track-record from rnd7 onward), I don't think I asked once for defence from Ely and maybe half a dozen times from FAnG. I've alone covered attacks time and time again for FAnG, can't remember about Ely, none the less the def I've put in has been far greater than the def I've gotten out, Now explain to me how I and my brethren have been leaving defence off our alliances?

not sure wtf you mean by this. but I'll guess you mean that wishing them good luck is pointless as they have been playing together as Ðragons for awhile already.. well.. now that they are an alliance. things change. as their members can't be members of other alliances anymore. meaning they will hafto rely on Ðragons for defence and attacks. with only personal friends as backup.
not like BG's that rely on def from alliances and use their BG for backup, or some that already rely on their BG for def. but have an alliance for backup.
no mather what.. Ðragons members now have one source of attacks and defence less.
they did the right thing =)
but ofc they did loose something. (if there wasn't anything to loose. then all BG's would call them self alliances.)
