Clarify this, anyone can come in, but there is no flaming allowed. It's meant to be a place for Newbs to congregate and get some knowledge etc. before they enter the big bad world of PA!

Any 'veteran' flaming newbies should have their testicles chopped off.
Seriously though, most of the 'veterans' (I'm counting R1-R3 starters here) seem to be friendly to new players. To me it seems there's a fair group that came after that that feel the need to turn everything into a mud-throwing contest.
But good initiative!
