People who take their dogs out to sh*t on other peoples streets
But have their own large, lovely gardens...should they be shot on sight or have all their dog sh*t scooped up and dumped on THEIR front doorstep?
Personally Im 'bout reading to start shooting people and burying them in their dog crap.
Death to dog walkers!

If I had a dog I would let it cr*p in your street, right outside your house.

Dogs (and pets in general) are disgusting vermin which shouldn't be allowed in a ten mile radius of any urban area.

They should recieve a fixed penalty of around £50. If they fail to pay the fixed penalty they should be fined £1000 in a magistrate's court.

That's actually a quite novel suggestion, but how to enforce it?
At least here, the police (im assuming they would controll this?) are understaffed.. But, they are allready wasting their time on petty things anyway!
The thing that could be implemented, is to give the regular community workers (Cleaners, gardeners, and so on) a right to hand out fines, for things like that. (Also include throwing garbage away, spitting gum on the streets, and so on) (Im not a fan of the whole punishment thing, but when we first have it, let's use it to get a better way of living.)

I don't see the point of dogs as pets, and why can't they use the toilet like everyone else?!

That hurt, deeply
But i look at it this way: My "ultimate utopia" has no police/laws/opperssion of any kind, but i do understand that making that switch in a instant would destroy all that is, and even thought that's probably for the better, the coaterall damage would be to big. (Like, the destruction of the human race and so on) So, i try to live my life in the current system, while at the same time trying to change this system (or systems close to it) for the better, and that involves that the police spend time doing something good, like cathing the people that rob you and me of our tax money whit the blessing of the so-called leaders, and catching those ****ers who make me step into dog-poo at least once a month, instead of using their time eating donuts and beating up random junkies/kids.

heres a solution thats bound to work:
http://www.adn.com/alaska/story/1128948p-1236373c.html
""Somebody makes a peanut butter dispenser that puts a dab on the stuff," said Jim Posey, city parks director. "You only have to do it for a short period of time because when everybody realizes what their dog is really eating there out in the bushes, there's that camaraderieship, I-like-my-dog-to-lick-me-in-the-face thing.""

Better the dog than the owner. (Crapping in front of your house.)
