-they claim they are experienced with pa, all 2 rounds (10 points)
-they give MoD/MoW position to people who they feel is best for the job (15 points)
-they think winning the round or not depends on cluster alliance (10 points)
-the ministers add their nicks to the gal banner like they are proud of a crap gal (7 points)
-they used MS Paint to do it (10 ponits)
-your gal channel is your gal co-ords (13 points)

My MoW wants us to attack on tick 48, i had to tell him protection lasted 72 ticks.
My MoC didnt realise we had paras this round.

its really gay when you end up in a gal which already had a GC and his ministers and when this GC keeps sticking with the same ministers no matter how **** they are. And it doesnt really matter that I have twice the roids of for example the MoD who I didnt meet yet on IRC.
I think such GC's should get shot, they're only sitting there to be GC and don't give a toss about the galaxy.

The proper way to be noobish at start is first to build reflectors accidentially, then fail your sector scan quest by blocking - when scanning yourself.
