Havoc Period
After each round there's a havoc period. Generally, it's a week long, with faster ticks and lots of resources.
I want to know what most people prefer for havoc:
1) Speed ticks up, donate a huge amount of resources, start ticks,
2) The same as 1) only add more roids,
3) The same as 2) only add a full tech tree,
4) The same as 3) only reset constructions (say to 5-10 of each factory, 20 amps, 0 distorters, 10 of each mine, 20 finance centres and security centres),
5) same as 4) only reset fleet,
6) same as 4) with soft reset (i.e. no fleet or XP),
or something else?
A separate but related point, if we ask Kloopy nicely he might change the donations so the resource amounts change depending on your race.
E.g. Xan gets 100 mil of each resource, but Terran gets 120 / 90 / 90, etc.

Soft reset, 5 min ticks, lots of resources, full tech tree. 2 of each construction and no mines so that those who dont want to play can be recognised and so those top planets get pwned because of limited mines to go around! Scarce resources for unlimited wants

Thirty second ticks isn't very playable, anyone with a sub-standard connection will be stuffed with that. 1minute ticks leads to the odd slip up, 30 seconds is sure to be painful

If i remember correct it was after r13 we had a speedgame where u couldnt defend and only attack. I liked that alot.
Besides that i think u should give full techtree, some roids, some constructions and reset XP and fleet. After that it depends on how much time u have to run havoc, but i have you have a week, make it 5min-ticks, if you have a weekend make it 1min ticks
