Farscape
Who or what was that alien race that destroyed Crichton and Aeryn at the end?
How did it manage to get there (Oujaga) where Crichton and Moya etc. were?
Why did it destroy them?
Does anyone know if Season 5 will ever go ahead?

The only thing i remember of Farscape is flicking over one day and seeing that red guy with the various chins having oral sex with that greyish girl that looks like a reject from bladerunner.
Funniest thing id seen all week

look on this site, its better than the bbc one.
I assume from what he said, he (she?) thought moya was an invasion. Therefore I think the alien was a native of that world.
Season 5 was planned, and quite frankly they cannot stop there as there's too many loose ends
doe rygel regain his empire?
Does chiana get her sight back?
What of the nebari infection plan?
What happens to scopius and co when they get back to pk command about releaving grayza?
Do the scarrens invade?
more, more.....

Having loose ends doesn't stop a show not being made.
eg. The Pirates of Dark Water was cancelled 2 episodes before the end of the story arc.

Season 5 was cancelled to fund another year of SG-1.

The words of that guy were : "Neutralize invaders for analysis"
Does neutralize mean paralyze or kill on this context? that site's forum was a bit helpful but the 'truth' is hidden heh

w00t I wouldn't mind that,
I always thought Farscape as a wierd sci-fi series... you have to admit, some episodes have been totally wacky. However, I've been following them recently because it is actually following some sort of story now.

I didn't catch it from the start and I dislike jumping into series halfway through so I've never really watched it. I did manage to see the first season recently, relatively enjoyed it and from what I read it improves a hell of a lot as it goes on.
It just bugs me that one show gets cancelled just so the SG-1 cast can have a wage increase for an additional year. It's not really necessary, the show has run it's course, and at least Farscape was trying something new.

I only caught 1 episode of every 3 or so, so I never had any idea what the story was, but for it's high exotic-hot-alien-chicks content it gets

I like for for daring to be so radically different from all the other mainstream sci-fi's. Also, being an Aussie I can appreciate that's it's filmed here

Ive always thought of Farscape as being a Voyager rip-off, in that they are both trying to get home, and the last episode as them both saving earth from invasion(except the Borg are better than Skarrens, cos all the skarrens want is some flowers)
Also, the guy with tentacles on his head is quite blatently meant to be a klingon.

I always liked Farscape, because I though it was quite realistic.
Don't laugh.
The premise of having alien races that could destroy humanity without breaking a sweat is far far far more likely than the scenario in, say, Star Trek where everyone is equal, more or less.
