Several things.

How wakko this boys mother is.
How well the main characters life parodies the life of alot of us guys. There is probably a abit of that "Im an island" in alot us.
And then you got the "genious" experiment with single mums. Absolutely brilliantly portrayed.
How many of the GD-crowd has not played with the idea of starting doing something to get in touch with mroe girls? Like arobic (99% girls, and they are bound to be fit, right?) or something like it?
