To unit stat providers
I know this is a lot to ask, I would do it my self but I dont have a clue how to start...

I want to see if anyone can come up with a ship stats set which ignores ship eta, with this I mean that FI/CO that could target BS/CR.

I only wanting to see if this is possible to do...

It's not impossible. A problem is that you'll want to create fi/co and cr/bs that target all classes. That creates more fortresses. To compensate you'll have to make attacking a bit easier. (Increase damage and/or reduce armor.) You intend them to be all the same eta? (That should have an impact on their relative strengths.)
