An alliance exists where once there was none.

The name of this alliance is "every1 welcome!" and we accept all lost souls who have nowhere to go, nowhere else to turn, be they outcasts or kindred spirits.

Everyone needs a home.

That sounded well thought out.

Just a few things, do you have an IRC channel and if so is it on netgamers?
Do you already have a small memberbase?

We have a total of 37 members, of which around 30 are very active. Not bad but not ideal either.
We have struggled with defensive cohesion so far, and as a new alliance, some members lack the ideas of a chain of command.

It is however a sign of our success that many other alliances have offered a merger between our alliances. We have grown now to outrank all of them save one.

We have a brand new IRC channel #Lafa and are just now really getting into real time communication. It is proving very effective, and major attacks have been coordinated with great success, especially recently with a series of skirmishes with a Medium sized Galaxy that was attempting to farm some of our members.

They no longer do..... I accepted their surrender within 48 hrs.

It is in our nature to accept players that are new, or have weak scores, in the hope of guiding them and assisting them. I myself have played rounds on my own not knowing anybody else in the PA community when it occurred to me that there must be dozens/hundreds of others like me in the same position.

The Alliance was formed to bring people together, that is what we continue to do.

Ye, a rookie mistake to be sure.
Lafa channel is usually manned however some nights nothing happens, you know the way it is!

It does not take much to work out that this was a first run in r13 for this alliance.... however E1W! will be back next round with a new HC team, IRC channel, new name, and will be a much more professional alliance, ready to break into the top 15....

You seem to have some sort of clue about running an alliance in PA but you need to pull the IRC section together, this will form the basses of your alliance

yeh good luck guys but do take in to account irc because without it your attacks/defence will be very limited

This is not to take anything away from hirr who did a MUCH better job than we have, but hey, its all good fun and after all its only a game!

Thanks APA, F-Crew, Subk and all the other Alliances whos members have been so helpful and encouraging to us getting this alliance off the ground.
