Im wondering, is it just me or do the forums have a ghost..

Logging on tonight i have notices 2 things.

1, when ever i enter a forum or i logg in i get "You need to restart you computer before the new settings will take effect" even though ive done nothing but proceed to a forum page. Then, after i press no, i get a dialogue about active-X controls. Do the forums even you Active X controls.

Im responding no untill i know if this is an attack on the forums.. or some sort of virus on my computer.. or anythign else.. ITs only doing it on the forums... so it is a bit strange

And yes, it is either a virus/trojan or spyware on your end. Run spybot search&destroy, and a virus scanner for good measure.

any idea why its only happening on forums... no where else..

i have some spyware.. but i scan almos everyday.. and nothing out of the normal...
