counter cov opers

It is becoming annoying to be cov oped every 3 ticks by the same little bugger (I know you have to set security on priority 1 and build enough sec centers to be immune, but it takes time). I suggest that if you catch a cov oper , whatever his score, you got the right to attack him (1 time everytime you catch him).

u could check the co-op list on uni page before the tick and after , if u've been co-oped his success rate goes up by 1 and it may show on that page

You know, that proposal sounds remarkably similar to another thread that was discussed before. I think it was This One, which iirc starts slightly differently but soon addresses the same things.

i was under the impression that the universe stats on the cov oppers was a few ticks out of date ?

another solution would be the need to build Sec Centers in order to do cov ops.
This way it would be possible to put some pressures on cov opers by sending SKs.
