A New Power is forming

First I want to welcome you all to the first official post from the Pirates HQ.
We are making our first appearance in the universe this weekend in the speed game, nothing special, but more for fun, if you want to join us for the fun please stop by the IRC channel and say so. No requirements for the speed game.

Pirates is created by Champ_nr1 (former APA HC, tech guy) with support from Bodders and madman2k. We have a working alliance site, tools, channels and everything else that we need.

The tools and alliance webpage is being developed on and improved everyday until R13 starts to meet the requirements off a growing alliance.

The site got a private forum, arbiter, tools to keep track of members for the hcs,
alliance news, and lods of other importent info, that will help you on the way.

WHY
I know most people are sceptic about new alliances and with reasons, its hard to be new to a game with several good and well organized alliances already at the scene. But we all got to start at one place and they have had grate success because people did believe in them. And I believe Pirates can be a good alliance.

But to make a good alliance we need the most important thing, Members and that's you!

I have played Planetarion since late R3, and during this time I have spent some time in some of the greater alliances of the game, and acquired experience and knowledge that I'm now trying to use. I'm not promising that we will beat people Like WP, ND, 1up in the first try, because we cant. But we can make a interesting part of the game and I think a top 20 place is no problem.

You might ask, what can we do for you that others can't?
Hard to say after I have read some of the posts in here, they all have the same promises about defence and attacks. Well so do we. But we also give you the chance to become a part of something new. We give you the chance to help building an alliance. Are you up for that challenge?

Requirements

We welcome everyone, if you are new to pa, an old player coming back, or just someone that wants a new challenge from the safe environment in a top alliance.

We do require irc activity, beside from that we only want that you have open mind, and are willy to work for the alliances. All activity are monitored true the site. Both attack, defence, and other activity's

How to join
All round 13 applicants must have an interview. Depending of course on the outcome of this, they will be given a Junior membership in the alliance.
Go to #[pirates] on netgamers.org, and ask a op for an interview.

There's also open a couple of Officer jobs, (DC, AC and PR) but those are filling quick, and mostly people with vouches from trusted people will get the jobs.

If you just want to take a look at this new alliance, join us for the speed game. We will then be doing attacks, defence and discussing strategies over IRC, as far as it's possible, due to the "fast" ticks, and sharing tick plans of course.

hi guys im one of the HC's from pirates i would just like to say hi, and hope some of you guys will join us in r13. if you are unsure why not join us in the speedgame.

if your wondering why we chose pirates as our alliance name then it was because we decided that raping and pillaging planets was fun

If you are new to PA and are unsure of how to deal with joining an alliance, using IRC, etc... pm me champ or bodders either on here or on PA will help you with all of your needs.

just incase u wanna pm me in PA my name is long john silver. i chose this name for a laugh and yes it wont be my real name in r13

well ive been hanging out in #[pirates] for a few days now...
very nice people, they are all very friendly
they also have a female gamer! -- those are rare

hey seem like a great buch of people to ally with i would suggest them for anyone looking for a great fun place to be and kick some ass at the same time
