What is this 'Advisor' thing for ? Will it change when we gain experience, or if we perform good or bad. Will it change to 'Cheerleaders' if we never attack anyone ?

I'd be guessing it's a score/experience thing, and probably dependant on your "ruler gender" that we had to submit. Like, it'll eventually change to Emperor/Empress or something?

The titles change with score , yes 
the gender bits where removed on request , during the beta iirc.
ladies didnt want to advertise being female to the whole game, which is understandable.

Actually it's under "Game Account information" and not "Personal", so unless they're going to delete 3/4 of the universe for not signing up as a "Terran"...
