Winston Churchill
For the last 3 sundays, there was a 3 part documentary on ITV1 at about 2am. For some reason I watched the first one, and I got hooked, and proceeded to watch the next two. I was just wondering (I know its a bit late in the day) but did anyone see it? I thought it was an extremly good documentary, and I learnt loads about the guy that I never knew.

The first part was his early years from a child till foreign secretary in WWI
The second part was post WWI years until the end of WWII
Finally the third part was post WWII until his death.

I never ceases to amaze me, how even now when the man isnt alive he still manages to be such a big influence, I have to say I now more than ever understand why he is the greatest Briton.

I know a fair amount about Churchill as my mother and sister have both worked at Chartwell (where he used to live). He was a very interesting man. There is also some excellant quotes of him.
