I forgot what roids look like
Ok, i made a mistake
I actually thought it would be fun to play XAN for a round
Apart from the fact they have the most horrible names, wich was enuff reason for me to never play it, it sucks imo.
I am starting to think XAN is a race for the selfish. Because i dont manage to send defence to my friends or allies and still attack with a decent fleet to get some roids.
Any 1337 XAN player care to fill me in how to manage that both?

knwo exactly what you mean sig..
my attack strategy seems to be to send a **** load at them and pray to god they run away....
fortunately i have a ton of sentinels, so i can usually leave asbout 5k home for alliance defence..

I usually need to send all CO plus 80% of the FI, leaving vsh or pulsars home as they both are rarely needed on the same target, and hope he doesnt get to much def, can usually cope with a few fleets and still have 15%.
Worked so far..am way to roidfat for my own good though, landed when i shouldnt have and such :P

Roid with Co+some Fi, use the rest of the fi to defend your alliance.
Or do like Ive done the last days, defend my alliance with all three fleets
but now my comp broke down

Been a C and an alliance with Sigrid and to be fair she does send defence.
And I still think Sigrid as a multi hunter would be perfect cause she hates everyone.

Too many Xan's this round, its annoying to defend aganist since i end up with nothing but thieves and cutters in my fleet

when xans knows terrans is comming they never defended 
anyway i just seen one time that a xan got a annoying number of pulsars.
xans are owned by all other races than zik pretty much (as long as they don't have loads of cutters)
the univers seem alot more anti fi than it was r8 when xan dominated.
also thinking of that cath got scorpions right away is why i found it stupid to go xan.
most annoying i find is pulsars not sents and vsh. most xans run when they see 500 pegs are running at em

The universe became a lot more Anti-FI this round because Xan dominated round 8 as such. It was pretty much foremost in everyone's minds when the race distribution stats were released.
