THE eta system NEEDS WORK :/

with this eta we have now you got 5 hours to work ingalaxy def thats way tomuch if u get a good galaxy u can cover 1-2 waves with out any prob. at all


the eta system now :

FI/CO = eta 8

FR/DE = eta 9

CR/BS = eta 10

why not make it -1 on all (old eta system)

spinner u did say something like it there for all the newbies out there ;-) but where going to think!!! on it ....

but i think this would back fire only way to make sure u get roids from OK galaxy will be to MASS wave them so that there ingalaxy def are gone and then farm that galaxy to bits :/

this will allso slow down the game, less roids in the uni etc as there will be to hard to attack :/

allso if u take the -1 eta u make the fi/co fleets of terran/xan/zik abit better

plz feel free to FLAME me ;-) i know there is someone out there that realy like this eta .... but i think its TO HIGH :/

With the ETA the way it is at the moment, cruiser attacks are tremendously stupid. Especially with the eta -1 advantage that alliances & clusters will have.

when u attack : eta 8 fi, when ur target see ur inc. eta 7 (clock is 00:01) <--- when u target see the inc
tick 2 : eta 6 time 01:01
tick 3: eta 5 time 02:01
02:59 <------ here ur time is out to get ingalaxy def

= thats 3 Fu***ing hours on fi inc

= 4 with FR and CR u have 5 hours THATS to much time

I agree, i was trying to workout the best time to attack. But anything late enough to escape most people being online, means everyone will be on to send galaxy defence in the morning. It takes too long to get to a galaxy. Even 1 hour would help.

Maybe i am just a bit too used to Planet!a tho. Where you could roid someone and still be back for a morning raid

remember theres prelaunch to send att/def, you dont *have* to wait up

even if u prelaunch 03.00/04.00 u will met the moring galaxy def, and when a good galaxy with 2-3 buddy grupps they can EASY cover in galaxy (alest 1 or 2 waves)

even with 1 min ticks there where time to scan/send def to players ingalaxy

What's the problem? Except for PaX, ingal defence was allways possible for a very long time. Normal attacks were eta 8, eta 7 for xan, and ingal defence was eta 3 (fi). Thats 3 to 4 hours to defend ingal too.

well now ingalaxy def for all ships are eta 5 EVEN BS/CR def ;-)

and with the stats that we have now ITS far more easy to def ingalaxy

the stats are balanced because the eta's are different.

i asked sid about that and there will be NO diff on the stats if the eta gets -1 only !
