Can Some1 Please Give me a Round Up of PA Since R6

I quite PA at end of R6 and aint been back until yesterday....

some1 gimme a quick roundup of what has happened plz

Round 7 Fury, Titans, Legion and Virus blocked and won. Titans tried to backstab them, and join all the other alliances, but it fell through. Fury were regarded as the winners of the round.

Round 8 All alliances went solo without any blocking, except for Titans and LDK who stuck together. The round ended early, as the servers were rented from another company, and the lease had expired. At the point of ending, Titans/LDK were in a stronger position than the other alliances.

Round 9 Eclipse (mostly Fury-core, since Fury disbanded), ToT, Wolfpack and Elysium allied with NoS, RaH, and Auld against ViruS, Vision, Olympians (titans-core), Ministry and another M I forget. WEETNAR won the war against VVOMM, and split off into WEET vs NAR. WEET won the war and split into Eclipse+ToT vs Elysium+Wolfpack. Eclipse and ToT won the fight there.

Round 9.5 was a random round, and free. LDK won the round really. A biased viewer would say that they took advantage of the free planets and signed up a few per member, for scanning/escort/farmnig purposes to win. But of course I'm unbiased

Round 10 was Eclipse+ToT+Elysium+WP (i think) vs various other alliances. This is bad, it's one of the more recent rounds and I can't remember. FAnG and Dragons looked to be doing well until Dragons were knocked down. A command member in FAnG exiled loads of planets from the alliance though, which left them wide open. On this, Elysium took in the defectors (who didn't want to go back to fang) which all had high ranks, so rose to be the #1 alliance at the end.

Round 10.5 was the most recent. MISTU (couple of ex-Eclipse HC, and members from other alliances), Phraktos (Dragons-core), and FAnG allied against Elysium, Vision, and LCH. WP sat on the fence and waited for the war to be over before being roided. Phraktos decided to attack FAnG and MISTU towards the end, but broke off after 2 days, with loads of them quitting once they got incomings. So FAnG were the #1 alliance, with MISTU as #2.

And now it's round 11..

I'd say Titans and Fury having a fall out would be a better way of putting this.

FAnG, Adelante and ToT created a block containing a lot more members than Titans/LDK.

There was no WP with us in R10!

It was WEET in R9 and EET in R10, just to clear that up

Neither Guild nor Legends were in command channels. NewX had their own array of friends to.

There was a group of three or four off the top of my head I'll guess TSU, TFD, Cell, Rock, Core (This was Rock merged with or something ?), I can't remember there were though. NewX also gobbled up a few smaller alliances as wings.

Slight correction. The first block war is Newx vs. 8-9 alliance block, not just those 4.

Mind naming them? In case there is, im sure its as ineffective and as few as Guild and Legends.

To say the least, Xanadu never favors expanding that 4-alliance block - even if the consequence is being outnumbered then loosing.

afaik certeinly not TFD, after XETA, xanadu did not make any friends with TFD so they did not help each other that round. I think TFD allied Rock that round and so they also cannot be counted as friends of NEWX.

As I recall as in Round 6 the majority of TFD's good members were in Xanadu controlled Bull galaxies.

You forgot to mention that the command member pasted his login details in #support in order to get his account closed since there was no "DELETE ACCOUNT" button in-game + PA Crew refused to delete his account when he asked for it. Thus he pasted his details in #support, but still PA Crew member said that he'd do nothing with it, leading to someone logging into the command members account and deleting most FAnG members from the alliance. You forgot that.

NeWXs 'friends' in round 7 were Rock, Templar and G-II (yes they did call themselves 'Core')

At round start 'Core' was allied to 'Auld' (ND, hirr, ETY [and Asylum who folded]). TFD was attached to Core and Auld also.
Core had ties to Xanadu from round 6, so they chose to take NeWXs side.
Auld and TFD chose to remain together and neutral...And subsequently dead...

r7 - Fury/Legion/Virus/Titans and sattelite alliances easily beat Wolfpack, Ely, NoS, Xanadu then Fury/Titans have a disagreement about a retal (they get touchy about this, don't irritate them with it), Titans tries to turn the block against Fury, fail and get eaten up. Most fun part of this round is what I dub 'deletion wars' where the top galaxies try to get each other deleted for cheating to get to #1, most famous victim being Fred.

r8 - originally a no block round, but agreements slowly built together, with Titans/LDK being the ultimate victors

r9 - everyone plays into Eclipse's (ex Fury + others) hands and more or less gets owned

r9.5 - LDK win by dubious methods, though no one is really bothered.

r10 - FAnG throw away the round from a winning position, Eclipse/Elysium win as a block, though Ely get the technical win by recruiting top FAnG'ers.

r10.5 - FAnG/Mistu win in one way traffic after Dragons split and fail, resulting in a pretty dull round.

Fury/Legion/Xan/Ely no longer exist btw

I also left out lots of other details from other rounds. That one FAnG incident is pretty minor in the overall scheme. I just gave a brief overview of what happened... I have better things to do than drag up all the history of every event in a round :P

all decent players TFD ever had were gone after R4. what remained was the "community".

ps: Anihilat0r: in R7 newx didn't have any friends worth mentioning. i even wonder how much the name '"newx" is worth, as it was pretty much Ely + Xanadu vs the rest tbh.

the gal i worked with in R7 ended R6 on the #2 spot.
in R7 we faced incs 24/7 for several weeks when we were top10 again. i never saw a single friendly fleet from any alliance except for Ely and Xanadu.

Cell was assimiliated by Elysium for r7.

They were originally part of the WNC group in r6(Wolfpack, NoS, Cell) and part of FoS..
Even though NoS and WP ended the relations with them at the round of 6, they magically reapearred on the linked servers with ely...
So the cooperation continued, sort of..
The incredibly feared block of NEWX, seeing as 9-10 alliances powerblocked to counter it, never really happened. As NoS refused to link with the rest, loads if mistrust and some greef I believe still from last round, and nothing really made sense with incomings from double figured alliances.

Round 8 saw the makings of WoE and WE abit depending on who you ask , a community which I actually enjoyed alot as Wolfpack and Elysium saw eye to on alot of things.
The round was never completed as the servers went down..

I think it's worth mentioning that this is what I regard as the 'old elysium', with the HC's I liked working with and the ones in favour of working with Wolfpack.

A later stage seemed to me to be a turning point or change in command, with younger and perhaps more agressive challenging the way of the 'old'. <--- This ofcourse is my subjective view, and does not necessarily have to be correct. However things did change alot.

and it was mostly during Round 9...

WP was definitely not with EET in rd 10, they leaned more towards the FD side of the war. I remember there was a list of about 8 alliances that WP had marked as friendly in their arbiter, forget which they were, although I do seem to recall seeing Eclipse in there, which confused me greatly at the time. I wonder if I ever saved that arb.txt.......
