Hello and Welcome to the Official Ice Tokra Recruitment Thread. Ice Tokra has formed out of what once was Blackice and Tokra. We have an experienced staff running TiT and we are hoping to do well in the coming rounds.
We currently have an IRC channel on irc.netgamers.org which is #tit (we are so creative with our names). Information which is not included in this thread can be found of one of the ops (or failing that one of the members) at that channel.
Recently we have put up some forums in place of our PHP site which is being coded as we speak. Our forums can be found at http://www.tit.aresexy.com/ and are full of "colourful" people who will be happy to assist you in any way they can.

we simpleh rule....
some of you may know BlackICE from the days we were in the stats top 3 channels. we even fought with #planetarion for a while (til it gone down 3 times in a row again) to be the #1 of the list
in the days of BlackICE we were known for our absolutely great defences. we as TiT may be a new alliance but we have some great organisation talent with us. check out our channel some day and be taken in to our great community.
our goals for this round 9.5 are kinda simple:
1st. HAVE FUN (PA is a game so fun is what is should be all about)
2nd. get organised to rule round 10
3rd. get our name known and get the best defence possible for our members. (also for our N.I.P.P.L.E.S. (Newly Integrated Planetarion Players Life Education System, our recruitment wing) ofc)
even tho the recruitment wing hasn't really taken shape yet but, as this thread states, we ARE taking on new recruits

Great to see these two older alliances back.
I can only hope they manage to negogiate through the tough PA climate and make a foothold for their more laid back style.

The best thing about TiT is the it includes me. Screw Ahriman, KaneEd, and JC' . I am what makes it great and everyone knows it.
seriously though, the cancer on my life that is pa has taken hold again and i finally decided to join an allince for 9.5 (after playing 9). My first thoughts were 'cool, lots of old faces', but a lot arent there. I was disapointed with the amount of ppl the priv channel. The peak time croud is great 'Krak' though, so come on down to #TiT and give it a look, even if you dont want to join i might be able to talk to more ppl than are there late at present (if your a night owl we'll actually talk!)
I am on irc late (hell, look at the time i'm posting), and am yet to see a defence call go unanswered. I was in a top 15 gal and we got butchered last night. When i requested defence it was there, and even though my gal went down about 15 places I only lost 100k in score.
If you want an relaxed alliance with a profesional defence come on down to #TiT, you wont be dissapointed.
ps. If you give Cambell **** I'll like you

From what little i know of stargate (honest!) the Tok'Ra are like the bad-guys, with the little worms inside them, but who are actually good, and use their similar-ness to fight against the bad-guys.
I'm pretty sure this was analogised to Tok'Ra's position in R5...

He did, but it was never an anti furgion alliance, just a defensive alliance that screwed up a lot odf nice ppls attacks with even nicer def. I think it was i r4 that was on the tk portal.
