congrats to WeeT for a well played round and a 'glorious' victory.
its easy to know WeeT has won the round considering some simpe facts;
- WeeT players hit you when they are about 5 times ur size ie. getting close to the 20% cap; and when you know you are one of the bigger planets in your alliance..
- the same players keep hitting you even when your ratio is 1.00 or below, cause your the best target around with your 250 roids

the round isnt over until fur., erm i mean Eclipse, starts handing out authorised retals on allied galaxies (ofc not their own members (if they like all of them),but a allied soul who prolly took on his socks in the wrong order one morning,

Pikara resets at 0000 since most galaxies don't launch attacks until 0455 then the squares are going to be yellow for at least two more hours.

Yes they do...
a prime example is the earth the structure is very strong but in some places it is weaker than others which leads to a change it may b a little change but it is still a change.
Another example is have you ever fallen out with m8s & getting a whole new bunch of friends.
I know these r kinda rubbish examples but they are still examples so don't lose hope

dunno if Vvomm has any superknown cheaters.. but they for sure has some. so can u people stop blaming whole blocks on cheating? Im a part of the weet block and i will rather let my fleet die then to have a friend recall for me when i cant make

Not really.
No one likes stagnation. No one likes to be bored. Everyone likes good wars. Just saying that is a fairly worthless contribution to a discussion. The question is how to make reality more like an ideal. And the answer is not by just saying "Do It" and blaming people for it. Even if it went one on one, its very possible that we could still see significant stagnation in this round anyway.
