A tech Support thread where i say "Well Done"
Congratulations to Compaq.
After ONLY 4 phone calls , 3 emails and nearly an hour on Hold , theyve managed to provide , free of charge , a new battery for my laptop which works fine and has solved my problems.
Judging by the amount of crap everyone else has to put up with when dealing with your average tech support monkeys, id label this one a success story.

Hm, my wife was able to get a free replacement battery for her laptop from Dell, with only 1 call (no waiting). Well, maybe two calls if you count the one where they called her back a week later to see if it fixed her problem.
I was impressed.

I love Blizzards, they are to be "in". (When youre inside something warm, whit a good book, a nice cup of hot chocolate and some relaxing music. Or, a fit girl. Both works)
I had a problem whit Telenor once. I called them, and they responded by saying that it was my fault. I called the day after, and got it fixed! (I had bought a phone-refill card for my cell)
So, i guess it has more to do whit the persons on the line then the company (Exept it's the company that hires the ****wits, ofc)
