Re: St. Patricks day?
Guinness sent someone who used to live in my house a harmonica because of it. It's now our new toy, which is nice.

Not drunk enough. And it's celebrated because a) being Irish makes you cooler by default and 40 million Americans think they're Irish b) it's a great excuse to get pissed and c) it's a great excuse to get really pissed.

Re: St. Patricks day?
St. Patties day is fun to watch the drunks. I saw a guy litterly take a horse piss in a revolving door of a building. Then the girls with their "Gatoraide" bottles that where clearly drunk and clearly underage clearly 5 mins later being busted because noone would notice walking down the parade route.

We get lots of stuff from them. I assume a previous resident of our house (Mr. Spribble) was on their mailing list. We've had a birthday card, a magic set and now a harmonica. It's quite good fun.

I have no desire to be Irish, but St. Patrick's Day is a fine excuse to go drinking.
We need more holidays like that.

we also controlled all of your 'mid west' at this point....and retained an empire that spanned the world....
then we had bloody ww1 and ww2 and everything kind of fell apart after that.

Since Ireland beat England on saturday the longest I've been without a pint is eleven hours, (after that it's about six). And on Thursday I have an exam!

It involves lots of drinking, so I don't see how it could possibly be stupid.

They didn't send it to me. They sent it to Mr. Spribble. Now this guy might be paying for all these things that are keeping us entertained, he might not. I don't know and I don't care, we get free stuff.
And the magic set wasn't all that, it was a wand that rolls up to be really tiny, then you throw it in the air and it grows, and a book of tricks.

st patricks day is the perfect excuse to get pissed, and for that it should be applauded.
my views on the irish however are similar to my views of retarded children. But in a nice way.

Re: St. Patricks day?
no, but its often more fun when others who wouldnt have been getting pissed do.
it often isnt as well, but still, drinking is generally a good thing, more people drink on St Pats day, therefore st pats day is a good thing.
thats pretty much my logic
