the most brilliant social security system in the world
germany must have the best social security system in the world. its very efficent and never wastes any money at all.
take for example a 64-year old man who lost his job and his wife. a psychiatrist said its unreasonable for the man to stay in germany. a court decided he was right. so now the state pays the rent for a flat in florida (for $875) for that man. isnt that brilliant?
hell, i dont think i can stand this ****ed up country anymore, i have to leave.
(if anyone speaks german here is the whole thing )

Why are you so bitter? Why does it matter particularly? Even if the government stole your money and used it on something deserving it's still theft. If you're accepting their theft but not their use of the funds then vote for a different political party. After all, your balanced system is much better than extremism, right?
Anyway, that 875, is that a month/week, or what?

Admitted, that man is gebeutelt of the fate. Only it lost the woman, finally the job nevertheless then happened unbelievable: Only it a psychiatrist certified that him a life was no longer reasonable in Germany. Now a court decided that the sozialamt must pay it the rent for an expensive beach dwelling in Florida. GMS Beach in Miami: Sea view of support Hanover - everything began with the appraisal of the psychiatrist. The certified its patient that remaining in Germany cannot be zugemutet to it. Like also: the man had finally only the woman, and then the job lost. What lies more near, as the wounded soul at the beach to couriers? The 64-Jaehrige decided for Florida. To carry out it knew the expensive sun state not, but did not give themselves it there not a federal social welfare assistance law, which guarantees German the social welfare assistance - in special cases - also abroad? Live in Florida cost money, particularly the beautiful situations. That had not prevented the person on social security to rent itself a dwelling from the beach from Miami to. Matter of expense: 875 dollar, converted 779 euro. The national social office Lower Saxony rejected against it the assumption of accommodation costs over 600 dollar outside. The beach lover drew before the Administrative Court Hanover and one moment long looked it in such a way, as if the Posse would find an end there. A responsible judge surfte a little by the InterNet and investigated that there would be substantially more favorable dwellings in Miami to the rent. Besides the court determined: "a beach proximity is not required." (Az: 7 B 2568/03). Request rejected. But the man without means pulled to before the higher administrative court Lower Saxony - and succeeded with its Germany allergy. Now the judges decided that social welfare assistance in Florida had to be paid to him. The judges in Lueneburg lifted the previous resolution of the Administrative Court on (file references: OVG 4 ME 310/03). The reason: The dwelling is inadequately expensive. However at least six months long time must be given to the plaintiff, so that it can find a cheaper dwelling locally in peace. From Germany its search possibilities were limited. And finally it was medically certified that a stay was not longer portable in Germany for the man. According to data of the national social office of Lower Saxony the pensioner already refers social welfare assistance since more than one decade. The regulation, which makes a social welfare assistance purchase possible also abroad, was introduced originally for Jewish emigrants, who a return to Germany do not zumuten was, said the director/conductor of the office into Hildesheim, Peter Schwenklenks. In the meantime to Germans abroad only in very few cases social welfare assistance one transfer. The appropriate Paragraf was strongly limited into eighties. A condition for the payment is a special emergency like a danger for body or life

how odd they include file refrences in the newspapers

the problem is: there is none. the other would **** it up just like the parties currently in power. (im not even sure if this was on the state-level or federal-level)

per month id guess. but thats just the rent. he gets more money obviously.
the point is this is a horrible waste of money, money this state certainly doesnt have.

Housing benefit type payments (not sure what you call it in Germany) are generally a horrible waste of money. But would it be better if the 875 per month was paid for a house in Germany?
I'm pretty sure (though have no examples to hand) that some people in the UK have rents in excess of £875pcm paid for by the state.

It must be nice to have a functional SS system.
I enjoy paying into one that will be exhausted long, long, long before I need it. Honestly, I do.
