Intervention is an unknown quantity at this point
Depending on the filtering software, there is often ways around it.

In NetGear, for example, you can get around the "found in denied list" problem by putting a load of dots after the www and before the com. Like:

http://www........................................com

Work-arounds for other software can probably be found somewhere on the interweb

my library has adsl, so i dont get ****ty refresh times
SA is still blocked on our public access machines though but not on the staff ones
