SO the Chairman just come up to me and talked to me...
About my resignation.

He is "deeply concerned" that I have decided to leave the company without further employment lined up.

I decided it wasn't worth ranting so I said there was personality clash and for me its the best decision I could make, I also pointed out that it was the ONLY time I have taken such a decision, but various factors meant that I could not put 100% effort into my role.

I also pointed out that while the company had huge potential, potential is squandered every day by companies lacking the vision and the systems to support such growth.

He listened to me and asked me who I had personality clashes with. I refused to be drawn to name people as he is a sneaky shit so I said that tehre were several, but if I am not happy in myself with the situation then its time for me to leave.

Ah well thats 2 directors I have talked to now and both have been dissapointed I am leaving. I guess I must have done something right while I was here

The managing director I work with can still make things sticky forme in my last month as an employee. Also can cause shit for my boss, who has been really supportive, but has had his hands tied on too many issues.

I put some subtleties in regarding some infringements I found and teh reluctance to collect monies off a certain housing association even though I proved we were owed 50k.

I also had some moans, but is there any point maoning when I have the ability to shop the company in a few weeks time? I will get my revenge anyway
