The French. Why I suspect they have something to hide.
If you don't know by now, it is a fact that when Sadam came to power he wanted to start a nuclear weapons program. Everyone knew this. Even the French. Yet they sold them a Nuclear reactor and helped them set up the reactor in the middle of the dessert with no geneartors or power lines being built to power cities. They knew damn well what was going on. Makes you wonder what else they may have sold them. Espcially when the Prime Minister is dead set against it and was a total Dick to the smaller countires that favored a strike trying to get UN memership. Basically he told them shut up you do not have a right to your opion now you will pay.

You'll be hard pressed to find a country that didn't knowingly aid Saddam with weaponry.

Atlantis?
They didn't aid Saddam with weaponry, and they could have if they wanted to, as my weapons inspectors couldn't find evidence that Atlantis did or didn't have time machines.

ROFLMAO
Read up on history a bit before you start spouting uninformed nonsense like this. Pay special attention to the 80s war between Iran and Iraq and what role the US (and France and Britain) played in that conflict.
If you honestly believe the French could have supplied this equipment without US knowledge or indeed consent (they both signed the non-proliferation treaty after all) you're utterly blind.

Excuse me?
Remember who supplied the Exocets to the enemy in the Falklands war - I'm not on Bush's side in the least, but I have to admit that the French have never let minor obsticles like the fact that the people the Exocet missiles were going to be used on were their allys to get in the way of a good business deal.

it's not like the US are no puting preassure on the african and south american SC members. mexico will think twice before voting NO or they'll get the 3mil mexicans sent back who live illegaly in the US before they can say 'ouch'.
there is a US law stating that any countries which weaken US' security (e.g. by voting NO in the SC) will get less priority when it comes to trades etc. the african SC members surely can't afford that.
now WHO is a total dick and not caring about the SC members' opinion. it can't be Mr. George 'we go to war no matter what u say' W. Bush Jr. right...

i guess the Top Gun soundtrack was playing in the background as well.
this only is more proof that iraq isn't a threat to anyone. the turkish army could conquer bagdad in less then a week if they saw the need.

Sadly very true, if Mr Bush snr had bothered to get his finger out years ago the UN would have backed action to remove Hussain once he gassed the kurds. Perhaps everyone was busy.....

Oh it's a fact? How?
Did Saddam start a press conference stating that he intended to do so? Seeing as the Americans helped put him into power, surely they might have realised this?

Unlike Iraq, France actually _does_ have a store of nuclear weapons.
I doubt the US would be so triggerhappy against an opponent that can actually shoot back.

Or maybe he wouldn't, because he sees himself as a moral person, and isn't quite stupid enough to think that the international community would just stand by and not kick his ass if he started nuking random democracies.

The French do indeed have something to hide, Elvis. I can now exclusively reveal that Elvis is behind Chirac's recent UN weirdness! Following his abduction by the escaped Roswell alien Elvis was trained in Top Secret Alien Mind Control(tm) techniques and ended up as the shadowy figure behind the Bildeberg group. From his Secret Underground Lair (patent pending) he holds top level discussions with the world's most powerful people over a burger and chips before letting loose his mind controlling waves on unsuspecting victims everywhere.

this is highly debatable. afaik the french have never won a war (at least on their own) while being led by a french male. with perhaps the exception of the french revolution, in which the opponent was also french.
