Some people will obviously have issues with what is posted below, and some of it could well be actionable in law, so i will state here and now, these are ALLEGATIONS not facts.

It has been suggested along with some very limited intel that Exi have been using remote access software to run their Planetarion round.

It has been further indicated that Jolt are currently seeking legal means to access ISP record of the players alleged to have been involved.

Serious stuff to say the least.

I would however venture an opinion that something well dodgy has been going on purely based on the fact that Exi are more than twice the size/score/value than any other planet outside of their domain.

Frankly no alliance is that good, not even 1up were/are that good. (no dissrespect to 1up)

its a sad day when an alliance has to resort to these alledged tactics. (guilty untill proven innnocent? I would say so yes in this case)

Pretty much says it all really.

im sorry but how can an alliance not be that good? how do you know that if 1up tried hard enough they wouldnt be double the universe in score?

do you not remember previous rounds where 1up aced the universe?

What a load of crap... Trying to say we're cheating is 100% bull****, and insultful towards our members who put a lot of effort into their planets, and the officers who do tons of work to maintain the alliance.

ohh, btw. I heard that 1up controlle the whole PA-team, Jolt seek legal means to take over their irc clients to steal back the pa-team, as there r some limited intel about 1up taking all of the PA-team to hawaii on a computer convention to make them forget about pa for a while, 1up apparently have a cunning plan to take over the game once the pa-team r away. This is ofcourse just alligations, but im still pretty sure its true... I mean, look at all those planets being closed.. there has to be something going on behind the (shower)curtain ... noone r that good at closing planets.

(for all those 1up people out there..... that was a joke to make a point of how stupid Judge must be... if u plan to ditch this post, plz make sure u understand irony first!!)

Unsubstantiated cheat rumours, with no evidence offered, simply rumour. This is not the place to be discussing such wild rumour. While there have been threads in the past about cheating that have been excellent, they offered some form of evidence, this offers none.

On top of that I have no desire for this forum to debate any legal action that the people at Jolt may or may not be taking.

As such, this thread is closed.
