Re: What did you have for breakfast this morning?
A glass of orange juice and a huge bowl of shredded wheat bitesize with raisins and semi-skimmed milk. Healthy and delicious!

Why didn't you just pick up a rat and cram it between two slices of bread? Same effect and this way McDonalds won't hunt your friend and kill him for stealing from them.

Re: What did you have for breakfast this morning?
It wasn't McDonalds... he has a job cleaning pubs for 2 hours every morning and he took a pack of frozen burgers out of the freezer in the kitchen.
I don't condone it, but it was a nice burger

This is working on the assumption that your future employers know about your previous, not a situation that has ever happened from any bar I've worked in....

This morning I have had toast with pate and a glass of orange juice.
When did Nod turn into Dr Gillian Mckeith? Is he going to ask for 'poo' samples next!?

When doing things like weighttraining/powerlifting/bodybuilding, adjusting your food habits do have a massive impact on the development of your musclegrowth and overal bodyhealth. It's half the gains in your musclegrowth when doing intensive training.

Well quite, but most of the analysis is about the risk of being caught (and the matter being pursued) not just the potential cost involved. Which is why amongst the proles I'd guess most people have "stolen" something from their workplace at one time or another.

Oh so now we're all to go round imposing our will on rats. Is that how it's got to be, is it? Ok then, fine. Instead of stealing Afro-Caribbean wigs from the... wig shop I work at I'll just tape together a few rats and everyone's a winner. Eh? Isn't that what you're saying? That I should duct-tape some rats together and strap them to my head to avoid a conviction for theft?
Let me tell you, I'd rather go to Sing Sing for feeding my illicit Afro hunger than strap live rats to my head and I damn you to say different.

Re: What did you have for breakfast this morning?
There seems to be a split between people who care for breakfast and eat a 'traditional' one, and people who pull a Kura and forget it exists and skip to supper right away. Interesting.
Toasts banana orange juice and water.

Re: What did you have for breakfast this morning?
For me if I could be arsed too or there was a cafe near to where i live in the south that did such a thing I would...
Order a Full English Breakfast (2 Sausage, 2 Bacon, 2 Eggs, 2 Hash Browns, Fried Bread, Beans, Fried Tomatoes and a round of toast)
A cup of tea (milky with two sugars)
I would sit down at a table read the paper have a cigarette, breakfast would come, eat it and then have another cigarette, finish my tea and the paper.
I dont actually think you can beat that breakfast (when im back at home in brum its something I do with my mates on a sunday morning)

Works a treat, plus if your with your mates you can relax and chat about the night before, if your on your own you can equally relax and chill. The thing about the cafe that I go too theres only men eating in there. Im a sexist pig sometimes, but for some reason when theres jus men there you can sit at the same table and you dont have to make eye contact just munch your food and eat...anyway im going off on a weird tangent.

I believe those are synonyms.
That would explain your name. Ha! Ha!
But you must explain what 'fried beans' are. I do not believe that I have ever eaten that before. Much less with the presence of beans in my plate.

Re: What did you have for breakfast this morning?
My mistake, fried bread.
I still am uncertain as to what fried bread looks like, however. But in the end it's all greasy hangover food like it should be.

Re: What did you have for breakfast this morning?
Basically it a slice of bread, throw in the frying pan after cooking the sausage, tomatoes and bacon (ie use the excess oil) It just soaks up the oil and tastes soooo good. If you want to try it jus put some oil in a pan, and then put a slice of bread in the pan, then flip it and fry the thing until its like toast. Its a heart attack in a slice of bread but its worth it!
Quote:
For 'proper' fried bread it's best to cook it in a separate pan. Ideally, use bread that is a couple of days old. Heat a frying pan to a medium heat and cover the base with oil. Add the bread and cook for 2-3 minutes each side until crispy and golden. If the pan becomes too dry, add a little more oil. For a richer flavour, add a knob of butter after you turn the slice.
