this may shock you but i know

i went to reading uni to do psychology for my work experience and one day i was with a psychology phd student studyng why it happens

they dont actually know but think its something to do with

slower nural connections in one side of the brain so one side recieves it before the other so u experience the event twice so think its happened before

similar situations provoking false memory
