It was a long time ago, and I remember the website was in a language I couldn't understand - finnish or dutch or something. It was probably deleted in the purge or something.
And no, this was a spoof of the Matrix, not a preview for the Matrix: Reloaded.

I know the one you mean. It has Neo walking into a door after Morpheus tells him he can only show him the door, not open it.
I don't know where it is tho, and i didnt even watch it. 40mins on a 56k modem is a bit long for me
