Bye all
It is time for me to leave... The things holding me back have been less every round.. And now I think it is best to pack up my bag and leave for good.. Played the game to long.. made some great friends... and lots of enemies even tho 70% of them I've never heard about, u all been doing your part to make the game fun for me.
Reason for me to play round 10 was purely a project, and now it went away with cbk leaving. So while pa have no hold on me I better run before they catch me again
As for the game... It was great when I started playing it... the freedom in the whole thing rocked. To bad people allways have to abuse such games, and all the anti cheater stuff really made the game a bit ****ty for the rest of us.
So goodbye to friends and enemies u all know who u are..

OI, yet another profile leaves this game. Sad to hear that I'm more or less the reason that you are leaving cause you have achieved a lot, but from what I saw from you in parts of r9 I know that your time in PA as one of the very best could easily have continued some more rounds if you had the right motivation. That motivation you would most likely have had next round.
You are one of the greatest persons I have played with in this game and its a big loss for the game that you are leaving now, but I don't doubt that you are making the right decision cause I know a few of the girls you get around with :-) and PA is not the same as it use to be.
Thanks a lot for the little time we spend together in r6 and for all the help you gave me, DaKing and my gal.
Our raods first really crossed again in r8 when I helped you guys out in Adelante for a very short while when runner decided to leave or got ill or whatever it was.
Thanks for r9 where you brought me into a gal filled with very nice ppl and thanks for being yourself nomatter what!!!

Its been great knowing and playing with you since our first meeting in r6 about whether you'd let me in the gal (I still love that Adelante gal). I'm glad you and Soben decided to take me in that round on teqh's recomendation, it really changed my pa career for the better. Round 6 was a rough time for me in rl, so it was great to be able to come on irc and not have to worry about rl and as I told you back before r9, you were like the brother I do have. You've certainly had one of the biggest influences on me in this game and if I wasn't quitting too I'd say it was too bad you were leaving. RL is definitely more fun though, have fun out there buddy.
Oh and if I continue to come on irc from time to time (like I will) then you'd best do the same.

Thanxz man... really means alot to hear it.. and to others in the thread who said nice stuff aswell.. What people who where my enemies felt, I don't care.. afterall they where my enemies. But I belive thoose who I valued as great friends really knows it, and it is their opinions I care about.
If I gain 1 great friend for every 10 enemies I get, I still think I've done great. Ofcourse I've gained more then 1 friend, but also more then a few enemies :P

Never really got to know you, but from what I did, I respected it.
And your decision to leave the game I also respect, and agree with.

Bye Storebo..
R6 seems to be the round everyone mentions here, so I will do so too
Met u in c25 when Adelante was making it's way to the top. We set up C allie which was far from being an easy ride.. (lo Nova)
We met again when Adelante the alliance was formed, which was the time I got to know you more as a person and you actually gained my respect there ( as in r6 all I got out of you was "mmm" and "umm" etc ) and also made me giggle (the major fk up in calcing)
Anyh00t, well played my friend!
Have fun and good luck out there.
Rgrds,
Yama

The word you're looking for is thank, since our c25 alliance was quite successful (at least for mine and rabba's gal which was the idea ) and the furgion gals we left alone instead of bashing them until they quit.

yes, that was one of Storebo's great successes, heh. He made more enemies than friends with his silly actions, which incidentally cost him his top spot *awwww*.

Wouldn't say that... I gained more friends in the para then I lost.. Much more loyal ones than your likes. And top spot wasn't all I cared about that round, we played for XeTa. U and your kind was the only trouble makers in that cluster, ask the rest of the cluster.

We attacked NAP'ed enemies, ie. Furgion galaxies. (May I point out that you made that NAP on behalf of everyone, when infact not everyone agreed with it, or wanted it.)
You attacked allied enemies, ie. Deus/ND/hirr.
You didn't play for xeta, you played for yourself. If you had actually played for xeta, you would have attacked furgion galaxies with your alliances, instead of attacking on your own, claiming you needed roids, when infact we barely had any roids anyway. hehe.
That pretty much makes you the less loyal part in the cluster, not?

U where FoS. And the furgions in the cluster defended me. Take your pick.. I choose the friends who defend me even if it means they'll get kicked from alliances. A In-cluster war was idiotic. Most of the furgion gals had allready given up. The cluster had an Iliad hc tho.. who was longtime member of legion. He got our cluster attacked. Me and Rabba made that cluster alliance. Elysium and Wolfpack fighted that war in the cluster(outside support). I asked Rabba in person what he wanted... he was sceptic but agreed.
And pure reason for attacking your gal wasn't because of the roids, but because u brooke the cluster nap. What is the need u have to do the conflict in-cluster? Furgion gals didn't break the nap at all. Actually 1 guy did but they exciled him. This was very honourable people, unlike u who have no honour at all.

Cluster wise Adelante played a very good round. You claim there is no excuse for galaxies signing Cluster NAPs with the enemy instead of smashing them to the point where they all quit the game, I'd be more inclined to argue that there is no excuse for big galaxies in quiet Clusters to waste their time and ships bashing insignificant enemy galaxies in Cluster when their ships could be put to better use elsewhere against big FLVTT galaxies or in hot Clusters.
A testament to what a good job Adelante did in Cluster is that when we came for Adelante several FLVTT galaxies in Cluster actually defended them as a thank you for treating them well. There's more than one way to dominate a Cluster it should never really be a case of making outnumbered and outgunned enemies rounds a living hell.

Yeah round 6 was interesting in c25, my galaxy didn't have much in cluster trouble.
Good luck in real life and all that jazz....

Furgion were our enemies.
We fought them, very simple. We didn't sign a nap with them, you did that for us.
But your reasoning is nice though.
"We helped Furgion to beat a pro-xeta galaxy that was attacking a common enemy (Furgion) to our alliances and thereby not being able to help our own alliance (xeta) who get attacked by other Furgions. We hereby simply neglect the fact that some players from said pro-xeta galaxy actually defended Adelante the day before, against Furgion."
Talk about honour, heh.

Many of the furgions in that cluster was more or less on their way into elysium. So most of them where turning into xeta... they where allready pro-xeta. U where FoS, and yes u had defended me the day before, but u also recalled that defence when fos hc asked you to. Sending and recalling is often considered worse then not defending. When the furgion players sent... they stayed. For most of FoS I had very low opinion about them. And u kinda proved my point.
