Lo Peeps!

First...I know that R10 will be totally different...

We even don't know if PA goes PRIVATE or RANDOM !

Both options could change the politics of an Alliance....

But, IF PA goes Private again:

Are there Alliances with plans for R10 already? (Standalone,Allied with [?],BLOCKS)

This would give all others a first Overview.....maybe it's a bit early to ask it but anyways....

Offical statemtent 3 week before the round starts, ONLY GODD KNOWS

Considering the treatment VOM got when they announced their block this round, I highly doubt any major alliance will want to be the first to announce their agreements with other alliances.

Any agreements will probably remain covert ones between HCs.

WE announced it to our members with full knowladge it would be out there. in the hope that other equal blocks would form and there would be 2-3 other blocks with similar firepower haveing a nice constant fun war for all players in planetarion. But yes he is right we all saw how people in this game react so I doubt there will be any official blocks next round at all. but there will undoubatly be secret hc agreements.

I havent had an account since r7 so I certainly didnt announce anything, no (good to see you're still on top of who's who).

From a spectators' view however, VOM got the boot in the teeth rather heavily for being perceived as 'powerblocking' resulting in most of the other major alliances joining against them and feeling justified about it as well.

Ofc we have plans. Several. But since we don't know what to expect, we don't know which to implement. I asume we will try to form some sort of alliance/block with one or more other smaller alliances, which will bring us nearer in size to the larger alliances. Though not past their size, since that will only be contraproductive.

As round 9 is still running, it is a little early for alliances to have definite answers as to who they wish to ally with.

Plus, alliance HCs never post in here what they wish to do for the next round. So I doubt you'll get much of a reply.

Yes and i heard that Fury is going to ally Legion in r10 and Bluetubas are arranging something with titans. So there will be powerblocking again

It is a slight bit optimistic to post there and hope that some alliance representative will actually give you an honest answer to your question.

As some said, if the round is not going to be private again, and let us all cross fingers it is not going to be that, alliances would have a decent chance to play a very interesting game without allying at all. Excuses like 'we need to ally to fill up the 10 people in the private gals' will be abolished. Sure you will encounter alliances between groups, but of smaller magnitude than we have seen in this, and previous rounds.

If however, our beloved creators once again proove their obvious genius by making it yet another private round, you will notice everybody claiming to go solo publicly, but behind the scnenes, most will form blocks anyway.

But honestly now, it matters not what HCs claim/will claim on these forums, as the truth, is certainly the last thing you will find in the liars of what is conveniently called: 'Alliance Discussion'.
