this is really quite straightforward and simple...

i am, and we will be, as the name suggests, passive... so that encompasses all members who simply want to get on with the game, without incoming attacks from other independant players such as yourself...

lets face it, there are plenty other organised alliances out there without adding 'independants' like you and me to the equation... by all means any member can communicate with another, and it will be interesting to see just how any communication levels transform this alliance, but the main reasoning behind this alliance is that 'independants' with no alliance don't attack each other...
