Just apply through normal channels. If you do not have an alliance go to the alliance section, choose ^_^ from the drop-down menu and send us a message. I'm working on an IRC channel atm and as for more information...we have an all-HC policy. Everyone in the alliance is an HC. ^^

this is the best alliance ever, i have close ties with it (i know 3 out of the current 5 members) so i know and i suggest you join immediately or you might as well just give up this round right now because you have no chance without ^_^.....................

Seeing as you, along with most other people who are starting new alliances left right and centre, seem to have very little concept of what an alliance needs, join an established alliance first, see how it's run and then maybe create your own alliance which would be more successful than the one you're trying to run at the moment.

If you were serious about running an alliance which would last longer than 2 minutes you'd at least read the forum guidelines and follow them for your thead
