Howling Rain is opening its den to new recruits for the 22nd round in a row (Not counting the .5 rounds)!
Round 22 saw us recruiting quite a lot during the round, where we were so lucky to gain both experienced players and new players with a lot of dedication. Sadly enough, some will leave after this round, and we are looking to fill their slots with new, dedicated players.
The basic requirements for joining are:
- IRC activity, through use of Mirc or an equivalent program
- Dedication.
- Positive and Enjoyable personality
- Team Work
(New player or experienced player, does not matter)
What do you get for being HR?

- Defence as often as we can provide it, also reflected in the amount of defence you provide.
- Help with managing your planet and your relations within the galaxy and alliance
- Help with general issues
- Training for officer positions (if interested of course)
