More Downtime

Unfortunately, our hard drive filled up with game logs, effectively breaking the game at ~ 4.30 GMT this morning. We've fixed the problem - for some reason the script that was deleting them stopped being run. We've now fixed the problem, and so hopefully we can now have uninterupted ticks until the end of the round.

At 14:00 GMT the ticks will restart. The following has occured:
-2.30 GMT backup restored
- all fleets recalled
- 12 ticks of asteroid income have been given to every planet.

Thank you for your patience, and sorry for all the recent problems. We'll try to ensure they don't happen again in the near future.
