the ford focus
does anyone have one and/or what are your opinions on them?
my bf's '98 chevy cavalier is about to blow up.. and since his brother works for ford he can get a good deal (though he'd rather get a honda). the choices he's got are a black 2 door hatchback or a green 2door sedan...

its a pretty popular/widely known car in the UK, tho as i dont drive yet, i cant really help.

edit : after a quick google, though the ford focus appears similar in image, i think its a different internal car altogether that we have over here, compared to the US version. :/

anyone know ?

but since he's getting such a good deal on it.. and he REALLY needs a new car soon..*shrug*

my roomate's bf has one...he likes it, and I have driven it (shame I know...but it was raining and I didn't feel like walking) but I don't think it's anything special at all...

I'd go with either a Toyota or Honda purely due to the longevity of them...or if he can afford it, a Subaru WRX
