Because one of them probably were mine, and i seem to be cursed by bad luck..

Hard? No. All it requires is someone who can be bothered to do it.
But OTOH, what does it matter? It's not like you can expect any sort of decent replacement--if any--at this point in the round...

Why should it need intervention from someone. It should be a daily running job deleting all inactive and/or closed planets after a few days of not being accessed.
Easy enough to schedule !!!
