strange thing to have in terms and conditions
ok i was reading the bt broadband terms and conditions and all was fine until i got to point number 34 - the link is here - does anyone else think this is a strange thing to put in terms and conditions?

That's nice of them.

Of course, they appear to be just restating the law anyway. I'm pretty sure if BT killed me via negligence they'd face prosecution irrespective of the T&C's.

Exactly, and even if they wrote the opposite it would be void due to the unfair contracts act. It is slightly worrying that they did include it though, as it is quite pointless really, almost makes you wander if they know something about their service we don't know.
