Re: The ultimate homepage
It's seriously not that bad. I've seen much and much worse.
It has a basic, but functional layout, readable colours, readable english, etc. It reminds me a bit of my first homepage.

If it’s a cosworth as I think it is, then it shouldn't be dismissed as cosworth represents excellence in the field of motor sport

Re: The ultimate homepage
Considering he is doing computer science you would expect something better.
As for the content, he seems a bit of a townie garage queen.

I'm not sure I agree, I think the two go hand in hand. Much difference between overclocking your computer and increasing the top speed? Adding neons to both? Tinkering around? Showing them off etc etc

Adding neons, yes. Case modding, yes.
Overclocking, however, has practical results. I don't think anyone could call giles of being a boy racer, for instance.

I sincerely doubt whether he has any idea of what the image is about to begin with.

Re: The ultimate homepage
I was informed of this irfan.co.uk down the Rose the other day, didn't believe the hype you know? But when I finally went and saw it (and I'm probably alone in this) I thought it was definitely better than the book, really made the characters more tangible.
