On or after tick 336, a code will be available to ministers in the politics page. This can be used on the preferences page or the signup page to join any galaxy which had fewer than 4 buddy packed planets in it at tick 12.

Is it me or is the above taking 4 steps backwards. Specifically I am referring in the admins allowing late starters (LS) back into the game. I believe there was a discussion and the majority of people that responded agreed that LS should be removed from the game because it has too many instances of abuse compared to the benefits and what it is meant for originally.

Im absolutely with you here. Bp size with 2x2 or 1x3 without ls would be a nice setup

Yep. It also means that a buddypack of 3 is better for forting than 2 buddypacks of 2. Easier to make room for exiles in the first 300 ticks, and you still get a guaranteed fourth BP member after.
