Collaboration portal

Hi guys,

I am looking for a Sharepoint-alike portal, that will enable us to collaborate on a project and run everything which is needed in development.

The portal will be based on an offline server, and connected to multiple computer using a network.
I want it open source and free so i can tweak it ofc.
I want it with a calendar function and a forum, ability to attach documents and add newer version of documents, in fact if you know sharepoint, this is what i want

My suggestion is to have a word with Hinch (I got his contact details if you need those). He runs a few servers at his place and runs a few portals aswell. He knows quite alot about servers, portals and such.
