TGV has returned.

After long and hard deliberations the players who joined APA this round found out that something needed to be done. After disagreements internally wich basically lets the alliance split in two, we saw ourselves forced to act. A large group of the active players decided to leave due to interal differences and goals set. We as players have respect for what the «other» side wanted and decided that we must break out and make something new. When we left APA there was under the understanding that the alliance was dealt in two about the disagreements, and we thought that the damages was unrepairable, but after a short while and some communication it was apperant that the people wantint APA to be the «good ole APA» wasnt in such large numbers as we thought. After discussions run by me, notsure, Ocsic and Kaisto it was decided that the outbreakers should form a new alliance. We felt that the old APA name had to much baggage and we also felt that by doing the namechange we gave the people wanting the old APA back a chance and possibiltiy to remake their alliance.

After consultation with members of PA Team, it was determined that rather than create TGV and then merge the remaining APA playerbase into it, we would instead, request that APA be renamed as TGV, and then the outbreakers, rejoined. At that point, I was appointed as HC, and the 3 remaining APA HC all stepped down from their positions. Let me make one thing crystal clear, I bear no personal grudge to anyone of the players who disagreed with me, it was rather a disagreement about what we wanted from the game.

After some deliberations on my part about the new alliance name I quickly decided that it was about time to bring back a legend. TGV had been sleeping for 4 years, and the dedicated players of the old alliance still used to hang around in #TGV we decided that there was life in the name, and that the alliance is back. I consulted with RexDrax one of the old HC's of TGV and he approved the idea, and since I was around when the alliance first was created back in 2000 (and was the one who came up with the name) I felt i had the right to bring it back into the fray.

This message goes also out to any of the old TGV players still hanging around. Your alliance needs you, and feel again the calling from the Vikingwarriors. So if you are still out there and wants to be back, join us in #TGV and feel like home again.

1999? Didnt PA start in january 2000 or something?

February 1st, 2000 was the start date of round 1. However, the alpha and beta testing ran from late in 1999.

Good luck dudes, I hope you enjoy TGV as much as I enjoyed APA.

And see if you can get some retired TGV players back into the game, we could do with them
